BCC was founded in 2008 by Ted Lin and Chang Zhao.

Ted Lin
Ted was an investment professional at Bessemer Venture Partners in Menlo Park, CA before founding BCC. Prior to this, Ted was a management consultant with McKinsey & Co. focusing on strategy and operations, including international expansion. Ted started his career at KLA-Tencor Corp. where he established and maintained strategic partnerships with Global 500 firms. Ted has also worked at TSMC, where he contributed to the company’s strategic initiatives. Ted holds a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering, summa cum laude, from University of California Irvine, an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Chang Zhao
Chang led the development of supply-chain-management projects in China for Oval Technologies, acting as its CTO/Co-founder. During that time he helped implement many ground-breaking projects for Fortune 500 companies such as SinoChem and Unilever China. The product is currently used in over 10 different projects, including one for Unilever China, its largest software purchase ever from a local vendor. Chang graduated from Stanford with B.S. in Computer System Engineering.
